Campbell Outdoor Recreation Association meets Tuesday at 7pm

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Dan Gibbs the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency (TWRA) Bear biologist will be speaking at Tuesday’s Campbell Outdoor Recreation Association meeting to talk about the “expanding bear population and how that population will affect our area in the future”, according to CORA Board Chair Bill Stanley.
Gibbs is scheduled to give CORA a report on the bear program for the North Cumberland Wildlife Management Area.
The meeting is open to the public and will provide educational information regarding the bear growth.
“We have a huge interest in the growth and spread of the bear population and the issues around the program,” said CORA President Terry Lewis.
