Fog, clouds, sun, a spotty shower or two, we’ll encounter it all today

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Light showers will continue off and on for much of Campbell County and the region through Tuesday as low pressure is slow to move out. A drier and warmer weather pattern returns Wednesday and continues through the weekend.

Patchy fog is around this morning with dense fog heading west out of Campbell County across the plateau. Expect an isolated shower expected again this afternoon and/or evening.

Mainly rain-free weather with seasonal temperatures and a slow warming trend are here for Wednesday and Thursday. A weak front will be passing through later Friday with only light rainfall amounts possible Friday afternoon.

Another cold front approaching from the northwest Sunday night into Monday may actually bring cool, fall weather early next week. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/01/2024-6AM)
