This white Ford Super Duty pick-up truck collided with a pedestrian Wednesday morning

LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- A pedestrian has been struck at East Central Ave. and Indiana Ave. at stoplight #9. The accident occurred just before 9:30am.

Just before 9:30am Wednesday, East Central Avenue was temporarily shutdown.

Reports from the scene indicate the middle aged male died at the scene. Traffic is being diverted at Indiana Ave. on both sides of the road. From 4th St to Indiana Ave. is closed.

  2. I wish there there were more details about the accident. Was pedestrian in crosswalk? Driver detained for further investigation? Any witnesses that might have talked to reporter. Police comments concerns details about accident?

    Article said a whole lot about nothing.
