Mrs. Nannie Lou (Archer) Marlow, a beloved Saint of God went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 7, 2025 at the age of 94. She was born on January 5, 1931 in Jellico, TN to the late Homer Aaron and Martha (Bolton) Archer. Mrs. Marlow was the oldest living member of Fincastle Church of God, and loved to share the gospel through singing and playing guitar. She was also an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed making quilts and blankets for all of her family. Mrs. Marlow will be remembered as a loving and devoted Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, and always had an open seat at the table for “Mamaw Marlow’s” famous Saturday morning big breakfast.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by loving husband, Nathaniel Marlow, step-father, Thomas Keeney, grandson, Christopher Marlow, brothers, James, George, Jeremy, and Monroe Archer, and her Keeney step-sisters, Willie Grace, Anna Mae, Magdalene, Martha, and Bessie.

She is survived by her sons: Dwight (Shelby) Marlow, Philip (Brenda) Marlow, Keith (Jeanie) Marlow, Eddy (Pauline) Marlow, and Timothy (Kim) Marlow; daughters, Tyann (Eddie) Troxell, Elaine (Michael) Smith, Nancy (Darrell) Leach, Sharon (Bill) Queener, and Tanya (Shannon) Lee; 28 Grandchildren, 38 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.

Mrs. Marlow will lie in state at LaFollette Church of God on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. A public visitation will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM with her son, Rev. Dwight Marlow, son-in-law, Rev. Michael Smith, and Rev. Wade Walls officiating. Interment will follow at Peabody Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Campbell County Cancer Association, PO Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.   3. SHE WAS A LADY OF SPIRITUAL GRACE…..SHE WILL BE MISSED…AND THAT IS THE WAY SHE LIVED HER LIFE…FOR OTHERS…I HAVE WATCHED HER SING MANY TIMES….
