Harold Dugger, age 96 of Briceville

Harold Dugger, age 96 of Briceville, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026 at his home. He was born on September 7, 1929 to the late O.S. and Cinda Wilson Dugger in Harlan, KY. He was a self-employed truck driver for many years and was known affectionately as “Easy Money”. Harold was a deacon at Walden’s View Baptist Church and really enjoyed playing the guitar there. He was a member of the Crystal Lodge #616. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Wanna J. White Dugger; daughter, Barbara Ann Seeber; and brothers, John G. Dugger, and Frank D. Dugger.

He is survived by children, David H. Dugger, Paul Ed Dugger (Sheryl), Doyle Dugger (Kim); grandchildren, Stacy Seeber, Tracy Pickering (Jason), David Dugger (Valerie), Heather McKinley (Johnathan), Megan Crawford (Seth); Tyler, Logan, Allen, Brooklyn, Gavin, Jack, McKinley, Jack Lee; great-great-grandchildren, Harley, Leia, Lainey; special friend, Aline Russell; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. David Goins officiating.
