Fees are waived right now at the Campbell County Animal Shelter
JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Fees are waived at the Campbell County Animal Shelter on all animals until further notice. The Campbell County Animal Shelter is trying to empty the shelter in order to help our neighbors dealing with the fallout from the flooding.
Jiminy Cricket this boy is going to jump right into your family life and you will say “where have you been? We’ve been needing you!”. Cricket is a laid back hunk of love. He is a hound mix with a short white coat. He has dark brown spots on his back, light brown sugar colored ears and the sweetest golden eyes you have ever seen. He is a kind gentle soul who likes a walk so he can sniff, sniff and sniff. He likes his shelter roommates but really wants a home of his own.

Cricket would do well on the floor with the kid’s sharing popcorn while they watch their favorite movie. He would do well in the front seat of pickup truck as you take a Sunday ride to get ice-cream.
He would do wonderful in a home where someone would take him for walk, smell all the amazing scents the world has to offer and then just sit back with you on the porch for a relaxing evening or afternoon. Cricket is approximately two to three years old, weighs about 60 pounds. He was abandoned on the road and thankfully a wonderful Campbell County Animal Shelter Angel saved him and brought him to his temporary home. Cricket is the package you want for a low energy level dog who just wants companionship and delicious treats.
