James Robert Foster, age 45 of Rocky Top

James Robert Foster, age 45 of Rocky Top, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at the Tennova North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell. James was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on December 8, 1980 to James and Dora Murray Foster. James loved Mixed Martial Arts and was a Mixed Martial Arts fighter for many years. He loved his kids, horror movies, music, and video games. James was a great story teller. James is preceded in death by his grandmothers: Dorothy Murray, and Vivian Harmon, his cousin and best friend: Bill Joe Dotson, his best friend: Dee Armes, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
