Campbell Sheriff’s Drug Unit raids unit at apartment complex at Pinecrest

Those inside Apartment 2 were the target in a recent drug raid.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Three people arrested in a Wednesday morning drug raid had been under an extensive investigation into illegal drug activity, according to an official with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department. Just before 10am, a search warrant was executed at apartment two of an apartment complex at 222 Yoakum Hollow Road in the Pinecrest community near Norris Lake.

During the operation, investigators recovered schedule II, III, and VI controlled substances, along with drug paraphernalia, based on the report from the CCSO. Three individuals present during the search were charged and arrested, including the person who rents the apartment, Rachel R. Carroll.

Carroll, (above) 47, of 222 Yoakum Hollow Road, Jacksboro, was charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to resale.

Bryan Bolton, (above) 27, of 222 Yoakum Hollow Road, Jacksboro, was charged with possession of schedule II methamphetamine, sale and delivery of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and he was also served with a capias.

Chloe Hayes, (above) 18, of Lake City (Rocky Top) was charged with possession of schedule II methamphetamine, sale and delivery of a Schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-04/22/2025-6AM-PHOTOS COURTESY CCSO)
