Cougars play Karns Wed., 7:30pm, and Lady Cougars play Central-Karns winner Thu., 7:30pm

KNOXVILLE, TN (WLAF)- Before Wednesday night, us Campbell County fans knew only a couple things about the district tournament. 1. It’s at Karns High School. 2. The Lady Cougars are the #2 seed. Everything else was unknown.

Now the remaining questions have become answers. As for the Lady Cougars, they play the winner between the #3 seed Karns and the #6 seed Central. The Lady Cougars, who already have guaranteed themselves a region tournament bid, will play in the district semifinal on Thursday, Feb. 20, at 7:30 pm.

As for the Cougars, their win at Halls solidified the three seed. Campbell plays the host team, Karns in a battle of the 3 and 6 seeds. The winner advances to the semifinal and clinches a region tournament appearances. The Cougars and Beavers tip off on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 7:30pm.
