Connect to WLAF Saturday night at 7:00 o’clock for a trip back in time

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Connect HERE for the fun of Casey Kasem’s American Top 40 The 70s trips back to February 15, 1975, Saturday at 7 pm over WLAF radio. The three hours of memories are brought to you by Maynard’s Auto Parts and State Representative Dennis Powers.

Phoebe Snow’s one hit wonder, Poetry Man, was climbing the chart as was Don’t Call Us, We’ll Call You from Jerry Corbetta and Sugarloaf. Linda Ronstadt was one of the hottest acts of the time and had a smash with You’re No Good. The Average White Band had its first hit with Pick Up The Pieces. In addition to these songs, you’ll hear the nation’s other top 36 songs over WLAF just like they all played here on the old radio station in 1975.

American Top 40, The 70s airs Saturday nights at 7:00 o’clock over WLAF’s FM 100.9 and AM 1450 and is brought to you by Maynard’s Wrecker Service & Auto Parts and State Representative Dennis Powers.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/15/2025-6AM)
