CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- In the top photo, a portion of the Stinking Creek community was ravaged by a flash flood on Sunday. Heavy rainfall is possible again today. As a result, from 7am until 3pm Wednesday, there is a FLOOD WATCH for Campbell County and the region.
