Meet her at the Campbell County Animal Shelter

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Meet Stevie.  The legendary Queen of Rock and Roll is ready for adoption.  Stevie will use her raspy hound voice to sing you a song that will melt your heart.

This beautiful and talented lady is by far a Grammy Winner and you will have a front row seat every day to watch her fabulous performance. Stevie is a gorgeous hound mix with the traditional white, cream, black and brown patches. She has adorable freckles and loves to give kisses. She does not have a problem with other dogs and doesn’t even respond when they bark at her.

Stevie is a big lady who wants to go for car rides, show off her breathtaking coat and be with her person. She has completed the puppy stage so there are no worries there but would love to learn some basic commands and leash training. She is around four years old and weighs approximately 66 pounds and enjoys going for a run. She is picky when it comes to food and treats so she needs a family who will help her find a food she likes.

The amazing staff at the Campbell County Animal Shelter is certain this won’t be a problem once she departs the shelter with her forever family. So go and meet this platinum album holder and let her sing you a ballad.

The adoption center, animal shelter, is open Tuesday – Saturday, noon – 5:30pm, at 749 Towe String Road, Jacksboro, next to the convenience center. The center’s telephone number is 423-566-8018.

You can view all of the adoptable pets on Petfinder. Adoption applications can also be completed online. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-09/29/2025-6AM)
