Billie Ann Coffer, age 78 of Caryville, formerly of Sevierville, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at her home. She was born on April 25, 1946 to the late William and Mary Henrietta Lafave Fogel in Miles City, MT. Billie loved travelling and the flea market and auction house atmosphere. She also enjoyed playing bingo. Above all, she loved her family dearly.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Thueringer.

Billie is survived by: children, Pamela Kelly and husband William, William Clapper and wife Trish; grandchildren, Brian Clapper and wife Amy, B.J. Kelly, Matt Kelly, Jacob Kelly, Stephanie Brown Austin Kelly, Conrad Kelly, Mandy Kelly, Oliver Kelly, Cami Brown, Kenzie Brown, Wyatt Sykes, Eli Kelly, Corine Kelly, Forest Kelly, and Raven Clapper; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Her family is planning a memorial service for a later date.
