Carlene McGhee Lawson, age 85, of Caryville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.  She retired from Campbell County Board of Education after 54 years of service as a bookkeeper at Jacksboro Elementary School and was a Caryville First Baptist Church member. Preceded in death by Parents: Fred and Charlotte McCulley McGhee and Brother: Billy Ray McGhee

Nephews: Shane McGhee, Dustin McGhee

Great Nephews and Nieces: Duran, Breanna and Mollie McGhee, Austin, Jarette, Matthew and Sam McGhee

3 Best Friends: Vickie Heatherly and her cousins Brenda Seiber and Sherry Reynolds

Her dogs Max and Peppy

A private Graveside Service will be held at Campbell Memorial Gardens.
