An elderly male died from injuries sustained in a wreck at Elkins Road and the four lane

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- A two vehicle crash occurred just after 9am Monday near the Elkins Road stop light on the four lane.

Caryville Fire and Police and Campbell EMS, along with other agencies, responded.

There were slowdowns in each direction around the Elkins Road stop light on the four lane.

Two people were injured, one fatally, according to one official.

Debris was scattered all across the four lane on the Caryville-bound side at Elkins Road.

  1. I sure wish law enforcement would patrol this area better. I live in the area and it is insane how many people run that light. Someone needs to do something!!!
