Timothy Neal Goins, age 58, of LaFollette passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

He was a member of New Horizon Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents: Willard and Phyllis Roach Goins.

Special Friend: Mitzi Garland

Several other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:30 PM Friday, April 17, 2026 at LaFollette Medical Center.
