Thu. afternoon, evening bring strong to severe storm potential

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- Clouds, sun and temps in the mid-to-upper 80s highlight Thursday’s weather that also brings the chance of mainly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. A few strong to severe storms are possible across much of Campbell County and the area later this afternoon and evening.

The severe threat is conditional on storms developing in the afternoon. If storms occur, damaging winds will be the primary threat, and small hail cannot be ruled out.
