Thomas Franklin (Frank) Cox, age 92, of LaFollette, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. He was a member of the Baptist Faith and had formerly owned F&W Bumper Sales and LaFollette Bumper Sales for several years. Preceded in death by Wife: Wanda Burton Cox and Son: Billy R. Cox. Parents: Thomas and Lassie Jordan Cox. Brothers: James, Everette, Millard (Thelmor), Wayne, and Oscar Cox. Sisters: Dorothy Chadwick, Lillian Thompson, Marcella McNeeley, and Tennie Heatherly.

Survived by:

Sons: James and Tom Cox.

Daughters: Shelia (Jim) Pierce, Regina (John) Kelly, Tara (Jason) Massengill.

Daughter-in-law: Lisa Cox

Brother: Benny (Wilma) Cox

Grandchildren: Brandon Cox, Carson Pierce, Colby Cox, Patrick Massengill, Stephanie Wasson, Heather Cox, Kimberly Cox, Rory York, Cassadie Cox, Elizabeth Cox.

Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 pm – 7 pm on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service to follow at 7 pm in the Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Allen Shepherd and Rev. Brian Goins Officiating. Family and Friends will meet at 9 am on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Bakers Forge Cemetery for a 9:30 am Interment, with military honors to be given by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
