LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- At The Pine Branch this Saturday, Butter From The Block and Adorno Sourdough will be at the store for a pop up event from 11am until 2pm.

 Come grab some free samples of fresh baked sourdough smothered in your choice of delicious locally made butters varying from sweet to savory and learn more ways to use these delectable butters. 

The Black Truffle Garlic is a favorite.

Butter from the Block is the brainchild of an amazing Knoxville duo, Kayla and Kelley. They produce small batch compound butter made with minimal, locally sourced ingredients and they’re currently partnered with the Real Good Kitchen, a licensed, shared commercial kitchen which is where the two test and develop recipes and produce the batches of butter.

The flavors available on Saturday will be Roasted Garlic & Herb, Bourbon Maple, Lavender Honey, Black Truffle Garlic, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Sweet Heat, and their seasonals Gorgonzola Chive, Cajun, Lemon Pepper. and Peach Butter. All perfect and full of endless opportunities for this gorgeous Labor Day weekend. 

The Pine Branch is open Wednesday through Friday noon to 5pm and Saturday from 11am-6pm. The PopUp will be from 11am-2pm.
