Michael Messing, who grew up in La Follette, brought his performance as Mike the Magician to the La Follette Library.

LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF) – Last Thursday’s La Follette Library Summer Reading Program with Mike the Magician drew a crowd of 55 youngsters and 29 adults to the public library. Librarian Nancy Green said it was a wonderful program that was well attended.

Green encouraged everyone to bring their kids to this week’s program.

“We are so excited for you to join us this Thursday, June 11, at the Library for ‘Dinosaurs for Kids’ as part of our Summer Reading Program. It starts at 10:00am and we will have lots of fun with Avery Foley Schu from the Creation Museum sharing loads of information about dinosaurs,” Green said.
