Shirley Ann Martin, age 83, of Jacksboro passed away on Monday July 13, 2026.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of LaFollette and a retired Special Education Teacher after many years of service. Preceded in death by husband: Glen Martin, daughter: Lisa Gale Marlow, grandson: Benjamin Ray Fraley, sisters: Margaret Riggs, Louise Wright, brother: Delbert Clotfelter

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday, July 16, with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Bryan Patty officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 AM Friday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for 11 AM Interment.
