Rev. Bruce Wayne Wallace, age 73, of Caryville, formerly of Clinchmore, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025 with his loving wife of 54 years, his daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and grand-daughter-in-law all by his side. Preceded in death by parents: James and Evelyn (Ward) Wallace, father and mother-in-law: Alonzo and Jewell Gross, baby brother: Blake Wallace. He was born March 5,1952. He retired from Jacksboro Fire Department as Chief. He loved preaching the word of God and telling how much he loved the Lord, his family and church family. Bruce enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and sitting on the front porch and was the pastor of Clinchmore Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends 1-2 PM Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Funeral Service to follow at 2 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Brothers Seth, Sammy and Herman Yancey officiating. Interment will follow the service at Cumberland View Cemetery.
