Patricia Jean Boshears, 62, of La Follette

Patricia Jean Boshears, age 62, passed away on Thursday, July 9th, 2026. 

A native of LaFollette, Tennessee, Patricia lived a life filled with kindness, music, laughter, and an unwavering love for both people and animals. Though small in stature, her spirit was larger than life. She had a gift for making friends wherever she went, and those fortunate enough to know her will remember her warm smile, generous heart, and genuine compassion. 

Patricia’s greatest joy was the love she shared with her beloved animals. She adored her Boston Terrier, Ollie, her gentle Great Pyrenees, and her goats. She also found beauty in the simple wonders of nature, especially hummingbirds and butterflies, which never failed to bring a smile to her face. 

Music was woven into Patricia’s life. She sang both country and gospel music in Knoxville and Oak Ridge sharing her voice and love of music with many. Whether singing, laughing with friends, or preparing one of her favorite Southern recipes from her treasured collection, Patricia had a way of making everyone around her feel at home. 

As a physical therapist, she dedicated her career to helping others heal, offering not only professional care but also encouragement and kindness to those she served. 

Patricia is survived by her loving mother, Shirley Goins, along with many dear friends whose lives were made brighter by her friendship and caring spirit. 

Patricia leaves behind a legacy of love, music, compassion, and unforgettable memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her generous heart and beautiful spirit will continue to live on in the countless lives she touched.
