Billy Frank “Franky” Evans, age 70, of Lafollette passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards. He was preceded in death by grandchildren; Blake Ivey, Faith Evans, parents: Ulyss and Azalee Bourff Evans, brother: Rick Evans

Daughter: Toshua Brandenn\burg and husband Dustin, Tonia Smith and husband Calvin Boshears, Jodie Teague

Son: Frankie Lynn Evans and wife Tanya

Grandchildren: Dustie Smith, Makayla Ivey

Special Grandson: Brantley

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends

Family will receive friends 1-3 PM Friday, July 17, 2026 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with service to follow at 3 PM, Rev. Chevy Evans officiating. Interment to follow service at Powell Valley Cemetery.
