CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- Three patients, from three separate incidents, received medical attention on Saturday afternoon, two in the White Oak community, followed by an entrapment accident at La Follette.

A landing zone was established at Sweet Gum Flat so a medical helicopter could land and transport a male. That was around 3pm. WLAF media partner, WRIL at Pineville, reports that the male was riding a bicycle near Clairfield Elementary School on Highway 90 (in Claiborne County) when the bike and a vehicle collided.

Soon after, a female was found passed out in the middle of White Oak and required medical care.

At 4:19pm, a pick-up truck missed a curve and hit a guard rail on South 13th Street, near Loop Road. The driver was freed from the wreckage by first responders and transported to the La Follette Medical Center. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-08/30/2026-6AM)
