Morning motorcycle wreck sends rider to the hospital

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- One person, the lone rider, on a motorcycle was injured early Friday when his bike wrecked in the Cherry Bottom community.

First responders with the Ridgewood Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 3:47am mishap at 2335 Highway 116. The crash site is a stone’s throw from the Cherry Bottom underpass.

The Campbell County EMS transported the patient to a Knoxville hospital.
