MURFREESBORO, TN (WLAF) – Landon York participated in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles at the TSSAA state track meet on Thursday evening, his final meet as a Cougar track member.

It was not York’s first time at the state meet. As a matter of fact, he competed there very recently in the decathlon.

York had quite the strong showing one week ago, finishing 6th overall in the decathlon.
