Campbell and Karns face off at Karns at 7:30pm; Click the Lindsay’s video player to watch

KNOXVILLE, TN (WLAF) – The Lady Cougars, originally set to play on Thursday, will now lace up their sneakers tonight at Karns and play the Lady Beavers in the semifinals of the District 3 AAAA tourney.

Head Coach Jason Kitts said that the team is full strength and ready to go tonight against the Lady Beavers. 

Karns is a squad Campbell defeated by double digits both times this season. 

However, when it’s tournament time, records and previous meeting scores can go out the window. It’s basically a fresh start for both teams. 

Campbell has already guaranteed itself a region game, and with a win tonight, the Orange-and-Blue will play that region game at home on Brown Court. 

The Lady Cougars, fresh off an extra practice/preparation day, will tussle with Karns tonight at 7:30pm.
