Jimmy, I will miss you. Even though we did not see each other on a regular basis, time can never dissolve a true friendship. I still go back in my minds eye and remember our days at Pleasant Ridge School where we shared a true companionship. I remember well your home next to Pleasant Ridge Church where we meet and played as kids. Though the years we remained friends and each time we came in contact, I found you to be the same Jimmy- – a true friend, caring, compassionate, with a kind word. OLD FRIENDS ARE THE BEST, NEW FRIENDS YOU CAN FIND EVERY DAY, BUT THEY CAN’T TAKE THE PLACE, OR EVERY BE LIKE THE OLD FRIENDS OF YESTERDAY. Your friendship will truly be missed. Your passing leaves a void in my heart. I will see you in our home beyond this earthly life.
