‘Folks will want to be in the left lane through town as we hang Veteran banners’- LFD Chief Jimmy Pack

LFD Captain Andrew Carroll after placing banners of four Campbell County heroes at the corner of East Central Avenue and South 6th Street.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Here’s a traffic note from La Follette Fire Chief Jimmy Pack. “Our firefighters will be hanging Veteran banners today heading from east to west through town, and we’ll have traffic down to one lane, the left lane,” the Chief said.

Brackets are being mounted by LFD Captain Andrew Carroll in order to hang Veterans banners.

Travelers will need to use the left lane to get around the crews hanging the banners, and there will be some slowdowns as a result. Firefighters will work this project from 9am through 5pm.

Traffic will be down to one lane on Thursday, the left lane, as LFD crews hang banners honoring our Veterans.
