Seven individuals indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments this week:

  • Adam Estel Baird -DUI
  • Jimmy Lee Fontana- violation  of community supervision for life
  • Brett Austin Elkins  – two counts aggravated robbery, theft over $1,000
  • Daniel James Shook – contempt of court
  • Jennifer Darlene Gosnell – introduction of contraband into a penal facility, possession of schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sell, possession of schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence
  • John Warren Isley  – two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, theft over $2,500
  • Jennifer Darlene Gosnell – possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver  
  • Jennifer Darlene Gosnell – possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver  
  • Kristy Sue Adkins – possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver
