Age 66 of Jellico, Tennessee & formerly of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, October 02, 2024, at Beech Tree Manor.  He was born January 16, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio.

     Emmitt is preceded in death by:

Mother: Melissa Adeline (Moore) Howard

Sister: Christine Morgan

     He is survived by:

Sister: Shirley Beard & husband Douglas

Nieces & Nephews: Christy Puttman, Jacson Branam, Stephanie Waldroop, Scott Beard
