Danny Eugene Wilson, born on November 1, 1954, passed away on March 27, 2026, at LaFollette Medical Center. He was a man who loved fishing, playing golf, and was an avid Tennessee Vols fan.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Claude and Carol (Moelling) Wilson, as well as his brothers, Steve and Kelly Wilson.

Danny is survived by his son, Adam Wilson of Jacksboro, and his grandsons Thomas and Turner, whom he loved dearly. He was also fortunate to have bonus grandkids, Sissy and Courtney. Danny’s family extended to nephews Curtis and Andy, nieces April and Christian, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

Danny Eugene Wilson’s memory will live on through many of individuals who knew him.

At his request, he will be cremated and no services are planned.

The family has entrusted the care of Danny E. Wilson to Martin Wilson Funeral Home “Where Families Matter Most”.

  1. Danny was a dear friend for over 50 yrs. He was there for me when no one else was. He was a blessing to many other people in the area. He would help someone when no one else would.
