Towe String Road crossing closed along with others

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Railroad crossing closings beginning Wednesday morning caught everyone by surprise until an official with CSX called Central Dispatch around 7am to relay word of the closings.

Crossings at South Avenue, Brantley Lane, Stone Mill Road and Towe String Road are closed for as long as Thursday night, according to one CSX official.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/02/2024-8AM)
