Hope + Stand Church looks to move into long ago Big Lots building

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- On the agenda for today’s City of La Follette Planning Commission meeting is a request from Hope + Stand Church.

A special exception request for Hope + Stand Church will be discussed. The church seeks permission to change the use of a building, the long ago Big Lots building located behind Tim Short Ford, from a mercantile occupancy to an assembly occupancy for the use of a church. The property is located in a C-2 Highway Business District.
