JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Tuesday morning was a new beginning following the August election as Bobby Vann and his staff were sworn into office and duty for Campbell County during the oath ceremony. It signaled the beginning of Vann’s fifth term.

Not pictured are Alicia Collins and Betty Hurst Alicia was in criminal court in Anderson County on a transfer case from here and Betty couldn’t make it over.
