JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Here is the updated disposal rate sheet from Campbell County Environmental Services.
The mattress and box spring charges go into affect on Tue., April 1.
“As a reminder, the Sanitation Department does not take rock, block, brick, concrete, cement, asphalt or ceramic tile. We also do not take wet paint; it must be dried out,” said Paula Farmer, Office Administrator.

I’m not quite sure (as a resident of Campbell County) what this means or if it affects everyone living in this county. Also when buying tires we are charged $2 per tire disposal fee even if we keep the old tires. Every year we pay a wheel tax when renewal our tags that’s supposed to be use for this type of reason.
So exactly what does this mean other than residence having to pay even more
