CARYVILLE, TN. (WLAF)- The Caryville Planning Commission has approved a new zoning map. The Thursday evening vote sends the new map to the full board of mayor and aldermen for approval.
Also approved was a plat request by Brandon Johnson. The first lot will have a business on it, the second will be a lot for a tow yard and the third is home to a single wide trailer. Johnson told the board the tow yard will have a six foot privacy fence.
The September meeting date was changed. It will be held on Thu., Sept. 10 instead of Sept. 3. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 8/17/2026-6AM)
