Seven individuals were indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following indictments were returned last week by the Campbell County Grand Jury:

  • David Wayne Perkins Sr.- possession of schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to sell,  possession of schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to deliver, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance  
  • Ricky Darrell Nelson – burglary of a motor vehicle, attempted sexual battery
  • James Blane Lawson – public intoxication
  • Samuel Arthur Lewis Jr.– aggravated assault (strangulation), abuse of an elderly adult
  • Lisa Renea Murray – aggravated burglary, theft of property $10,000- $60,000
  • Belinda Sue Benge – driving on a revoked license
  • Belinda Sue Benge -driving on a revoked license
  • Belinda Sue Benge – second offense DUI
  • Christopher Charles Lawson – two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent, felony possession of drug paraphernalia
