Buford Marshall Goins, Sr., age 86, of Jacksboro passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023.  He retired as a supervisor for the State of TN Department of Property Assessment after 35 years, attended LaFollette Church of God for 45 years and was a US Army Veteran. Preceded in death by Great-Grandson: Brady Goins, Parents: William Leonard and Ella Mae Woodson Goins, Sister: Naomi Bayshore, Brothers: Gene Goins, R. L. Goins and Don Goins. 

Survivors: Wife:  Pat Ballew Goins

                   Son:  Marshall and wife Teresa Goins

                    Grandson:  Joe and wife Lori Goins

                    Great-Grandchildren:  Kylie and Kade Goins

                     Brother: Ray and wife Maxine Goins

                     Several Nieces, Nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends

The family will receive friends 12:30 until 2 p.m. Saturday, October 21st at LaFollette Church of God with Service to follow at 2 p.m., Rev. Michael Dent officiating. Interment will follow at Campbell Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by Honor Guard of Campbell County.
