Brenda Ann Dower, age 78 of Rocky Top

Brenda Ann Dower, age 78 of Rocky Top, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was born on December 5, 1945 to the late Andrew and Stella Wilson in Knoxville. She enjoyed bowling, travelling, and watching UT sports. She also liked spending time on Norris Lake. Above all Brenda loved spending time with her family and friends who will dearly miss her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Darrell Rains; husband, Buddy Dower; daughter, Dana Lloyd; siblings, Bill Wilson, Charles Wilson, French Wilson, Teddy Wilson, Dorthea Jean Lyle, and Virginia Penn

She is survived by: sons, Keebler Williams and wife Stacey, Chris Williams and wife Jill; step-sons, Jimmy Darrell Rains and family, Chris Rains and family, and Wesley Rains and family; grandchildren, Jessica Cooper and husband Mike, Alec Williams and wife Tasha, Skylar Williams, Taylor Lloyd, Tanner Lloyd, Shaylan Williams, Haley Byrge (Nevaeh), Molley Byrge, Hailie Rains, and Tucker (the dog); great-grandchildren, Harper Groves, Cali Williams, Cael Groves, Max Cooper, Grason Redden, Maya Lloyd, Ashlynn Williams, Sophia Lloyd; and many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 5-7pm with the memorial service to follow at 7pm.
