BOE soliciting bids for JES gym floors

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Board of Education is hereby soliciting bids for the installation of gymnasium flooring at Jacksboro Elementary School.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM on September 1, 2026 at the Campbell County Department of Finance, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro TN, 37757, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid to be considered a valid bid.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Jacksboro Elementary School August 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

Please send sealed bids to the attention of Karah Longmire, Purchasing Manager, PO Box 843, 555 Main Street Jacksboro TN, 37757. All sealed bids must be enclosed in an envelope and labeled, “Bid for Jacksboro Elementary Gym Floor”.

The Campbell County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award as would be most advantageous to the Board of Education. All bids must be effective for ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.
