Age 78 of Clarifield, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Claiborne Medical Center.  He was born March 06, 1944 in Eagan, Tennessee.

Burial: 12 (noon) Tuesday, May 24, 2022 in the Spradlin Family Cemetery (McCreary Co., Kentucky).
