LUB has new general manager, third GM in two years; Dave Cross

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Dave Cross was named as the new general manager for La Follette Utilities Board (LUB) during a 2pm special called meeting on Friday, July 17, at the LUB Conference room.

Cross is from Fentress County. He has 40 years experience in the electric business.

He previously worked for Plateau Electric Cooperative for 37 years, with 15 as CEO there. He also served as the electric director for the City of Oak Ridge.

This will be his third utility he has managed.

Cross was hired on a salary of $250,000.
