Early voting starts today

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Here’s a look at the August 6, 2026, sample ballot. Early voting begins today.

Early voting hours for Friday, July 17, are from 9am until 7pm at the Election Commission office at 129 Church Alley at Jacksboro while at Jellico, 410 South Main Street, in the Municipal building, the hours are 2-7pm. Saturday, July 18, early voting hours at each precinct are from 9am until 1pm.

Candidates are allowed to campaign but must remain 100 feet from the election commission building. Tents must be set up behind church. Candidates can not set up tents to the left of the building due to construction.
