Grand jury returns 10 indictments

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments Wednesday.

-Sandra Michelle Amick- second offense DUI; vehicular assault; reckless endangerment

-David Wayne Young- violation of the sex offender’s registry requirements

-Adam Bolton- domestic assault

-William Earl Effler- possession of drug paraphernalia; suspended driver’s license

-William Danny Oaks- DUI; simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance

-Cameron Lee Jones- aggravated assault; aggravated kidnapping; aggravated assault; four counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon; aggravated stalking; possession of drug paraphernalia

-Nicholas Joel Valadez- sexual battery

-Eddie Wayne Lemarr- evading arrest flight vehicle; evading arrest

-Eddie Wayne Lemarr- vandalism

-Joshua Kyle Lane- three counts theft; two counts Organized Retail Crime Prevention Act

-Vladimit Rodriguez- two counts theft $2,500 -$10,000; theft less than $2,500; possession of a weapon by convicted felon
