Barbara “Bob” Ann Seeber, age 76 of Briceville, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Tennova North Medical Center. She was born on February 18, 1950 to Harold and Wanna Janice White Dugger in Lake City. She loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Wanna Janice White Dugger; and husband, Jerry Seeber.

She is survived by: children, Stacy Seeber, Tracy Pickering and husband Jason; grandsons, Tyler Young (Makenna), Logan Young, and Allen Pickering; great-grandchildren, Harley, Leia, and Lainey; father, Harold Dugger; brothers, Paul Dugger (Sheryl), David Dugger, Doyle Dugger (Kim); nephew, Davy Dugger; nieces, Heather, and Megan; and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Monday, February 23, 2026 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. David Walker officiating.
