Kristi Gayle Rygelski age 48 of Jacksboro, passed away on December 19, 2025, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

Kristi was on October 16, 1977 to Ted Phillips Sr and Viola Phillips Martin in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was of the Baptist faith and attended

Island Ford Baptist Church. Kristi loved cooking and cooking shows, She loved getting her hair and nails done, she loved working and going to the lake. Kristi is preceded in death by her Dad Ted Phillips Sr, Grandmother Bobbi Chase. She is survived by :

Funeral Service: 6PM Sunday December 21, 2025 at Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Norton officiating

Interment: 11:00AM, Monday December 22, 2025 at Leach Cemetery Rocky Top.
