Age 42 of Newcomb, Tennessee passed away Friday, November 21, 2025, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.  He was born July 15, 1983, in Jellico, Tennessee.

     Rusty is preceded in death by:

Niece: Aleah Faith Stiehl

The family will receive friends 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m.
