Faye Richardson, age 91 of Jacksboro, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025, at her home. She was born on February 17, 1934, to the late Hiram Henegar and Myrtle Lovette Henegar. Faye loved to sew, cook, and spend time with her family. She was a Sunday School teacher for 50 years at Macedonia Baptist Church, where she attended faithfully until her health declined.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Wayne Richardson; son Ronald Wayne Richardson; grandson Sammy Richardson; brothers Claude, Ray, John, and Buddy Henegar; and her sisters Louise Henderson, Clara Tyra, Maragret White, Nana Sheers, and Mona Goins.

Faye is survived by her sons Sam Richardson and wife Melinda, Steve Richardson and wife Connie, and Scott Richardson and wife Rebecca; grandchildren Travis Richardson and wife Connie, Chris Richardson, Robert Richardson, Stephanie Adkins and husband Wesley, Sheri Widner and husband Brett, Elizabeth Levering, and Randall Batts and wife Delaney; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home. The body will lie in state from 12:00-1:00 PM on Friday, November 28, 2025, at Macedonia Baptist Church, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Lawrence Henegar and Rev. J.T. Asbury. Interment to follow the funeral service at Macedonia Cemetery.
